Role Requirements:

• Qualified Arborist: Hold certification or relevant qualifications in arboriculture, chainsaw tickets, and Heights/Harnesses.
• Experience: Proven track record in tree care, maintenance, and removal with solid references.
• Safety Conscious: Prioritize safety protocols and procedures in all aspects of tree work.
• Knowledge of New Zealand Flora: Familiarity with native tree species and their unique care requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Pruning, trimming, and shaping trees to promote health and aesthetic appeal.
• Assessing tree health and diagnosing issues such as disease or pest infestation.
• Safely removing trees when necessary, utilizing proper techniques and equipment.
• Providing expert advice to clients on tree care, maintenance, and risk management.
