Description
As a result of increased and projected work activity, there is now a need for a highly capable, driven and energetic Intermediate PQS to join this leading PQS firm. Renowned for offering clients a flexible, tailored service, whilst always delivering on expectations, this company works on interesting and some high profile projects. They have projects that are varied and can range from large commercial and infrastructure projects to smaller works in multiple sectors.
You will need to be a degree qualified Quantity Surveyor with at least 3- 6 years of New Zealand experience in commercial construction projects. Ideally professional consultancy experience would enable you to fit in seamlessly on current projects.
You will need to be able to manage projects - including producing quality estimates and have excellent client liaison skills. Other skill areas include variations, scheduling, managing risk and defining costs.
In return for your efforts, a competitive market salary is on offer of between $90K and $120K, plus additional benefits and ongoing training.
