Assistant Manager - Glenfield & Beach Haven

Support our Success! We are looking to appoint a special talent to fill the new position of Assistant Manager for both the Glenfield and Beach Haven offices.

The role is to assist the Branch Manager in improving all aspects of the service we provide, with a particular focus on the recruitment and development of talent in both Sales and Property Management.

Glenfield branch has established and high achieving teams in Sales and Property Management with a strong market share and one of the largest property management portfolios in the company. Beach Haven branch has a strong community footprint and is quickly becoming an incubator of exciting new sales talent. Together we are developing a strong performance and innovation culture, working as one team to dominate the Central North Shore.

Skills and Experience

• Recruitment Skills: Ability to attract and select top talent for branch positions.
• Training and Development: Proficiency in designing training programs for rookies to experienced performers.
• Marketing Strategy: Experience implementing marketing strategies to support sales and property management.
• Compliance Management: Ensure branch operations comply with industry regulations and standards.
• Administrative Efficiency: Strong organisational skills for smooth branch operations.
• Customer Service Excellence: Ability to provide exceptional service and build client relationships.
• Leadership and Motivation: Inspire and lead teams to achieve outstanding results.
• Drive and Commitment: High energy and dedication to role success.
• Branch Manager licence: Is a benefit, but not essential. For the right candidate, support to complete this qualification will be provided.
