Engagement and Wellness Manager

Profile Group is the holding company and unifying platform for New Zealand’s only integrated supply chain for window and door solutions. We support the family of businesses with the resources, freedom and focus they need to reimage and reach their full potential. This is a core role which involves the successful candidate to:

Develop and execute comprehensive engagement strategies to foster a positive and inclusive work environment Identifying opportunities to drive engagement across the Group, and within cross functional teams to assess employee needs and design tailored organisational development programs Manage our award winning Wellness centre Lead a small team of autonomous nurses Manage a number of events across an integrated events calendar Maintain, evaluate and enhance our mental health programme, including health education and fitness activities Drive our popular wellness and comms platform; Sprout Use data to drive insights and continuously improve our offering Be a role model and liaison for people solutions to businesses through collaboration. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in engagement, organisational development and wellness.

To be successful in this role you will need to have the following skills/knowledge and experience:

Experience in engagement and wellness strategy and execution, preferably in complex environments Formal tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, Health or relevant field Be passionate about employee initiatives improving our workplace Enjoys event management and has attention to detail Self-motivated with a high level of ownership, accountability, and professional attitude Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration.
