  • Provide transparent reporting to the Executive team and Board on strategic progress.   What you'll bring with you:
  • Strategic mindset with a proven track record in complex strategy development and execution.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong leadership and project management capabilities, guiding cross-functional teams.
  • Financial acumen, assessing investment opportunities and driving ROI.
  • Autonomy and willingness to be hands-on in a lean organisation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance theory with practical application, focusing on solutions.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Background in management consulting or in-house strategy role.
  • Exposure to mergers and acquisitions advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in planning and managing strategic projects.   We know some candidates can be reluctant to apply for roles if they feel they don't 'tick all the boxes'.  If you're excited about this opportunity, we'd still really like to hear from you.
