The whole experience was great. We didn't need to talk about trade ins or finance as we were paying cash. There was a lot of cars onsite we might have considered, we never felt pressured, and everything went very smoothly.

First time I tried to use the car it wouldn't start. Because all the warning signals were in another language I had to photograph each one and use Google translate. But they didnt make any sense. I rang the agent who sold me the car & the dealership multiple times and got no response. With difficulty I found a number to call for Autosure and finally a number for AA. I was on a tight timeline to go and pick up grandchildren from sport. The AA didn't turn up when they said they would. I had to borrow the neighbour's car to go and get them as I still had no help from the dealership. The next day I had to wait at home again for the AA to come. The 12v battery had failed which had caused all the random error messaged. The dealership would not provide an instruction manual so being in a totally strange car with new technology and having it not working with no way to figure out why not was totally stressful. I also found it hard making a payment of $25,000 and having no acknowledgment that the money was received, very worrying. I asked for a receipt and was told I had a sale & purchase agreement & you don't do receipts. The muffler scrapes on the top of speed humps and going into driveways. I would have preferred to be pre warned about this fault. Also would have liked to know in advance that the speedo over reads. So if I want to go 110kmph on the motorway I have to take it to 120km on the speedo. I have no clue why it does this or if it can be corrected. If I contact the dealership about functions of the car I don't understand they tell me to look on utube. So all in all the most expensive and most modern car I have ever bought. Weeks after buying it I am still confused about it's functions, screen messages and how to drive it for optimal fuel saving.

Really friendly staff. We were a cash buyer with no trade in. We found what we wanted and the process was easy. We are an old couple and had to use 2 buses and train to get to sale yard. Had to come back 2 days later to pick up purchase and was disappointed that we had to use the public transport again. As a cash buyer I thought a pick up would have been nice.

Efficient service from the team. Appreciated no pressure sales techniques. We were offered the 3-year insurance, went away with the info to think about it and onus totally on us to take it up. Trade in and fitting tow-bar on the vehicle all went very smoothly. After taking delivery of the vehicle, we decided to replace the central console, this was facilitated by Jonathan at dealer rates.

Very lovely experience. Didn’t feel pressured and wasn’t attempted to be upsold on extras. Shane was awesome to work with and completely happy to accommodate my request for a pre purchase inspection at my choice of garage.
