Some of my ratings would have been higher, if it wasn't for the fact that, when I returned to pay for and pick up my car, the salesmen focused their conversation toward my partner with me, not talking to me, the one purchasing the car. Made worse when the salesman tasked with showing me to my car proceeded to talk to my partner about the car, not to me. I had to remind him I was the one buying the car. Considering I was the one spending my money there, this made me feel uncomfortable and quite frankly disrespected.

Communication was very punctual. Derek was very engaging, although did speak a lot. Difficult to interject to ask relevant questions at times. Otherwise nice enough guy to deal with.

Great service. Only issue was the requirement for me to pay the full amount before I even saw the car in person. I live 5 hrs from the dealership.

The dealer Mark I delt with was friendly,not pushy and took time to explain everything presented and offered a couple of options both with pros an cons fully explained. They even put $100 fuel in the car!
