From the first point of contact being Online to the phone calls and the quick visit made the process flawless. Easiest process and highly supported from Jovi. While the new sales department left a bit to be preferred and wasn't overly helpful, the used car department Darrel was fantastic. The highlight of the experience was working with the finance lady belle. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helped guide me through everything seamlessly. I brought the car unseen but the back seat and boot had sand in it. and it smelled funny. I would have expected a better presented car. I was offered finance but not insurance when I got it. Also, it wasn't there at the time I expected to collect it so had to wait for it.
