Miles dealt mostly with my husband. He was well aware that we were buying cash following an insurance payout post accident and he put no pressure on us to upgrade or finance. This was really important to me because it just meant we could get on with the smooth process of buying a good car with every party understanding what we wanted. Miles kept good communication channels with my husband and we opted for delivery of the car. A small issue on arrival but miles dealt with it. Car is immaculate. They payment process was smooth.

The whole process was made very easy. My only comment would be the lack of parking while viewing vehicles.
All the vehicles on the yard were beautifully presented and both guys I interacted with were polite, informative. I did not feel pressured at any time, the choice was mine. I like that. Cheers TBM

Very knowledgeable, and straight up sales professionals. The purchasing process was easy and transparent. I have never bought a vehicle without visiting and taking for a test drive but did this time as I currently live in Auckland. Miles was very helpful, answered my many questions, took lots of photos and responded promptly to my follow up queries. My wife thought I was crazy but both are now enjoying the car on the long drive back to Auckland.
