Excellent to deal with, came from out of town got picked up from the bus stop and dropped to accomodation. Drove away with vehicle the next day. A few hiccups with the car and got dealt with very quickly… thanks Jacob and the team!!

Apart from muck around with getting number plates on my new car.
And the fact i was told it would be give full valet clean , and it wasn't.
I was reasonably happy with the service.

Car was presented very nice from the outside, inside still had a fair bit off organic material on the front seats between the extenders. Car stopped working next day of picking it up, and kept this up for 5 days before returning the car to Te Rapa Wholesale cars to have it checked out. Overall dissapointed with service on the day of dropping in and service booking day, no courtesy car available and incurred extra costs (busfares 4x$24,- & fuel) due to car not being in working order as assured when we bought it. No communication from Te Rapa Wholesale about service up-dates or what to expect.

The team have been amazing even been able to keep in contact about extra repairs on the vehicle. Great team to work with. Gave me some goodies for the purchase (wanted a full tank but oh well haha). Great overall job.
