We agreed for a trade in. Very easy . After this it took more than a week for delivery. First chosen car was not suitable for sale. Transmission problems. You offered another model for sale. A better one , which was a good thing. I am the first owner in New Zealand and this was a little bit problematic. Waiting for official papers from Japan( again.), I picked up the car and while I driving the new car,the fuel warning light came On. Prior this, I texted the salesman to put some fuel in the tank....Meanwhile, a few days later we bought another car from another cardealer yard. The same situation. First owner in New Zealand, no registration, no plates. In less than one hour everything was sorted out. It happened Saturday, in the weekend. Sorry guys but I was disappointed. I am 58 years old car technician who worked for dealerships and I know this selling process...Overall, the car you offered me is in a very good conditions even if I had to fix the door voot latch. It was insecure. In the engine bay I had to put a lot of plastic clips...In the final, for me it was an average experience because I fixed the issues.

Everything was good. I started buying the car earlier. I wasn't in a hurry and everything was perfect for me. I didn't wait for finance approval in the same day. I know it take waiting time . I waited and after a few days we had the deal signed. Beautiful people to deal with. Thanks a lot!

My friend did the deal with them, i stod back and observed. They seemed to be fair on the trade in and fixed the break issue the car had befor I picked it up. Only issue is. The car itself is in Japanese and causing problems with understanding the system.( Nav man the same but that is not controlling the car.). This is most likely a issue across all car yards.

From the time we walked onto yard we were met with warm smiles and welcoming presence.
Talked to us about what it was we were looking for and showed us around.
Went into office to proceed with paperwork which was quick and easy. Within 2 to 3 days we drove off in our new car . So thank you all.
