I recently bought a VW Arteon through Paul and Laurice at Shore Prestige and couldn't be happier with the experience. From the initial inquiry to picking up the keys, they were professional, transparent, and completely hassle-free to deal with.
What impressed me most, however, was Paul’s after-sales care. When a heating issue popped up shortly after purchase, Paul took complete ownership of the situation without hesitation. He arranged for it to be diagnosed and fully repaired at a top-tier local specialist, covering the entire job seamlessly under warranty.
Anyone can sell a car, but how a dealership handles post-sale support shows their true character. Paul stands 100% behind what he sells with genuine integrity. I'd buy from Shore Prestige again in a heartbeat! Thanks again, Paul.

My dealings with Harrison were excellent - not pushy and all about letting the cars & experience talk for themselves. Very patient, as I drive 4 vehicles at Prestige before settling on the E53.
Paul was great support and helped ensure we were happy throughout the process.
The quality of the vehicles was excellent. So good in fact, that even though we were only looking for one new car, we bought two.
Highly recommend.

Above and beyond! Respectful, honest and transparent process. I didn't buy the most expensive car on the lot, yet I was treated like a VIP. Highly recommend. Sore prestige are rare in their field.

All around fantastic, quick and easy, clear communication with them putting in the same amount of effort even tho I was buying a lower value car they treated me as if I was buying a high end vehicle. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. The old pup in the office that sleeps all day is also a 10/10 staff member

This was the best experience I have had in purchasing a new car.
