Excellent customer service. I haven’t bought a car from a dealer but I felt looked after and all my questions were answered. The car I bought has amazing technology and can be difficult to navigate . Harrison at Shore prestige offered after purchase technical guidance and support.

I felt so welcomed by Pierce from the moment I arrived. I phoned and spoke to Paul the day before to organise a test drive of two vehicles I was interested in. I changed my mind on test driving one of them and opted for another that caught my eye. Pierce organised this straight away, no questions asked. His knowledge of the vehicle was impressive. Pierce was such a pleasure to deal with. I had a very nasty experience many years ago when I was wanting to purchase a car from another dealership and it traumatised me hugely so I wasn’t looking forward to going through the process of buying a car again anywhere. Pierce, Paul and Laurice restored my faith. Nothing was too much trouble, I genuinely felt listened to and valued. The showroom is beautiful. I am so happy to recommend Pierce, Paul and Laurice from Shore Prestige to anyone looking to buy a beautiful European car. The entire experience was stress free. I absolutely love my new car!!! I found the Shore Prestige team extremely accommodating and helpful. To be fair I searched for the car that met my brief online and I was not entirely prepared to make my purchase. That said, when you find the vehicle you want, you just have to jump on it. It all worked out well in the end and I am very pleased with the whole experience. I would happily to recommend Shore Prestige.

Friendly and approachable staff all vehicles very well presented and well kept showroom and yard. I was impressed having worked in the industry myself.Was also pleased have dealt with a family owned dealership I live locally I was more than happy to support a local business.

I have brought more cars than I wish to think about over my 40 year driving experience, some are a real struggle to recall, but I have to say buying this car and the dealer experience would be the best, totally blown away by the professionalism.
