Excellent service. They were very patient with me getting my required documents together. If you are looking for a new car, this is the place to go! The customer service is top-notch. Dan was knowledgeable about the vehicles, the different types of hybrid engines, and genuinely polite and engaging. The first vehicle I test drove (which I ended up buying) was clearly formerly owned by a smoker, and you could smell it, even after the detailing they had done. I mentioned it to Dan, who later called me before leaving for the day, to tell me he talked to the detailers, and they were going to pull the padding out of the ceiling and shampoo it to help alleviate the smell a bit more. All of this before I even committed to buying the vehicle! I visited a few different dealerships that day and Taylormade Motors was the clear winner in terms of who I wanted to do business with. From start to finish they were able to accommodate all my requests to get the sale finished quickly and easily.

I had the best experience I could have wished for especially considering this was a purchase to replace a car a year after mine had been driven into and where I had just built my confidence back to drive. I really appreciated all the attention to detail, the friendly help and follow-up support to check on any questions I had. I value the family-feel of Taylormade Motors as it makes the experience personable and the service staff easy to deal with. MASSIVE THANKS everyone!
