The whole experience with Kaz, Clair and Kyle was quick and easy! All 3 staff members were super helpful and informative.
The only thing I could recommend is making sure the cars have some fuel in them upon purchasing, the car was very close to E when I picked it up and I had to go straight to the gas station.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience.
One of the main reasons I chose to purchase through 2 Cheap Cars was because I was told that my original finance provider had declined my application, so I was instead set up with a different finance company that offered much less favourable terms. After the purchase, we contacted the original finance provider ourselves and were told that they had actually approved a finance allowance of $7,500. This was very frustrating, as it appears I may have been given incorrect information during the sales process.
I was also disappointed with the condition the car was presented in at handover. It had not been properly cleaned, vacuumed, or polished. There were noticeable streak marks on the paintwork and overall it did not look like it had been prepared to a standard I would expect before being delivered to a customer.

I was told that mr finance was approved so Uber’s to collect my car to find that I couldn’t have it as it hadn’t been groomed or anything. To get my car I had to wave the grooming . Wasn’t happy also had to wait 7 days to get back my holding deposit!
