Upon arriving to 2cheap cars , staff welcome us and allow us to look for our dream car. They even give us alternatives when things don't work. We give 5 stars to 2cheap cars for their overall performance and service. Kudos to team wairau. Especially ma'am Susan ?? keep up the good work

The staff on site were very nice, and the sales consultant was especially lovely and helpful.
The only downside was that no one initially approached us—we walked around the entire site on our own and ended up choosing a car without any guidance. When we finally approached a staff member, we were simply given the keys and told to look around and take the car for a test drive ourselves.
If you’re unsure about what car you want or need assistance choosing, this might not be the best place to visit—although it could have just been an off day. Interestingly, when I stopped by again after purchasing my car, the experience was quite different, with staff actively present and available outside.
Overall, I’m happy with my purchase, but a bit more attentiveness and guidance would have made the experience even better.

I found the manager and salesperson to be friendly and helpful. Our mistake was having the radio changed by 2Cheap as this was rather expensive. It would have been cheaper for us to change the radio ourselves. Other than that, the service was good.
