Although the service I received was amazing and I love the car however six days into owning it the transmission is gone on it. I was told to make a claim which I have done and am waiting for them to reply. This is the fourth vehicle I have purchased through this dealership and is now the last.

We paid the deposite, signed up for the insurance and arranged to pick up the car the next week. There was a delay in regisitering the car and we had to travel away for a family emergency and so agreed for the dealer to hold the car for 10 days. Day for pick up was arranged at that time. The day before pick up I paid the balance and informed the dealer we would be in to pick up the next day.
Car still wasn't registered when we came to pick up and had no petrol in and none on site to give us the 5lts with purchase. So not a great handover at the end of the purchase.

It was good, But I was expecting little bit fuel in the tank after paying the price of the car, fuel was so low , After leaving the yard I have to look for gas station straightway,.

If they're selling a car, the least they could do is clean it properly. When I went for a test drive, I could barely see through the windshield. Even though I loved the car and decided to buy it, I was shocked that they sold it without even washing it.

I initially found it difficult to contact them. Firms line rang a while before asking me to leave a message. I then called Joey on his mobile. Considering it was his day off he was obliging. I then made contact with Susan to pchse the vehicle and attend to all the paperwork, so that when I arrived on thursday I just had to pick up the car .
It went smoothly. Joey was accommodating on thursday and helpful.
