It was quick because I'd done the whole rigmorole at another car place and was over it. Car had some chip.marks on front bonnet that I thought your team could have painted in somehow. Didn't even test drive it. No Maori salesman either would have love them to have got the commission for thr tiny amount if work. Very squashed yard but hey

Great Service form Nilay, I was reasonably familiar with the new car as my old one traded in was similar. Nilay showed me further features on the new model and priced up a tow ball, we test drove the car a week later and paid the balance and all paperwork was all taken care of. Thanks for an easy trade.

I found the team to be very professional and welcoming. The salesperson I was dealing with was the reason I decided to purchase the vehicle from the dealership. Im from out of town so a lot of the discussions was over the phone, and he provided the information I requested. Nothing was a hassle for him. The finance person was very helpful and explained things thoroughly. She was very friendly and welcoming. The whole experience was fantastic. I have no hesitation in recommended the dealership to others. I'll definitely be a returning customer. Thank you very much, very happy customer!!

I had done a fair amount of homework across Simon Lucas and Andrew Simms Botany. I had purchased from botany previously but their pricing was out of line. Called in and met Nilay for the 1st time and laid out what we wanted. showed us through the vechile we were interested in for Sheryl my wife and took it for a test drive. Pointed out detailing that was required. Negotiated a win win position and shook hands. One of the better experiences I have had with purchasing a vechile. Thanks to Nilay and Anita for there service. They were both very professional and are a credit to the dealership. One point though that you could do better is have an eftpos machine that accepts American Express cards on your site. Regards Ian
