When i pick up the car it was park outside at the back with dust and water marks so i ask them if its really groomed they said yes but the vehicle showa it was never groomed as there are also white markings in the doors, the sidings ang the top of the car. I also requested the wipers to be replaced as it was already have some cracked ang was hard. They change the front but the rear was not replaced. But the most dis appointing was the tire. The front tire is new but the rear is DOT 2021 and it has already cracks. I ask the consultant to replaced as i think its not safe to used. I explain to him that the car was loan for 3 years term so it should at least reach 3 years before it was replaced but he
just insisted the car second hand andit was pass the wof and he did not replaced. And becaused i am verry much concern using the cracked tires is no longer safe i just bought a secondhand tires better than the said tires.
