I found the guys at 2 cheap cars were friendly and awesome with helping me purchasing the vehicle. The proceeding was fast and easy paperwork and everything was done in a day and I was driving away the next day.I Also got my insurance through them which is quest insurance, which was simple and easy as well so happy I got that done. I'm so happy with the car that I chose I would recommend any family or friends to go to 2 cheap cars.

We were not offered to test drive the vehicle. I think an exercise to check with the customer to test drive the vehicles would be be great for building customer service and trust.

The team at the Tauranga branch were lovely, quick and efficient!!! They made the process calm and relaxing. They explained everything in an easy and understandable way, y made the process smooth, calm and in a time efficient manner!! They cleaned my car again as I was buying it as they are in an industrial area and is hard to keep clean 24/7 which was much appreciated!!

All costs, ie: vehicle, orc etc were quickly added up on the salespersons phone before he put it back in his pocket, whereas it would've been less confusing if he'd itemized and actually written them down. Boot had to be slammed to close, whereupon I was told this would be fixed, but in my opinion it wasn't as still have to slam it shut. Apart from that, they were very friendly.
