One of the most trustworthy dealerships I have experienced. From initial visit to look to actual purchase, I felt I was in good hands. The sales consultant, Daffa, had great patience and understanding of my requirements in a car. He was very transparent and matched me up with an excellent car. Transparency is rare when it comes to car sales but this was refreshing. Really happy with customer service and quality of cars available.

Really loved my experience in purchasing my Tesla Model 3 with Daffa! He was very prompt in allowing me to view the car and in addressing all of my concerns once I got to purchasing the vehicle and made sure it was all ready for me to go. I couldn't be happier with the help Geary provided. I didn't need finance or insurance help but he was very informed about the vehicle, very patient & responsive to my phone calls & texts before & after purchase & has been able to advise me on aspects of the vehicle I have not encountered before. I felt he was easy to relate to, trustworthy & honest & I will be recommending him to anyone I know looking for an EV. I will also come back to your company for future vehicles.

Dealers offer good service going out of the way to deliver the charging cable. I question the knowledge of the dealers as they seem to mistaken the chademo for the type 1 charge for a second. The visitors room was a bit dirty and dusty no clear labelling where the cups, rubbish etc are.

Overall, the staff provided good service and were friendly and helpful during the pickup, which I really appreciate. However, I noticed when I got home that the exterior of the car was not cleaned properly and still had quite a lot of dirt on it. I also noticed several scratches that I didn’t see during the pickup. I just wanted to mention this for feedback as I only noticed these once I arrived home. Other than that, the staff service was great.

Very disappointing experience with GVI and salesperson Jackie I had a very bad experience dealing with Jackie at GVI. I trusted that I was buying a car from a reputable company, but my experience with GVI and Jackie was extremely frustrating. When I first looked at the car, Jackie from GVI assured me everything was good with the vehicle. Fortunately, I decided to do my own inspection before completing the purchase. That inspection revealed problems that required about $1500 worth of repairs, which GVI had to fix before handing the car over. If I had trusted Jackie and GVI and skipped the inspection, I would likely have had to pay that $1500 out of my own pocket within weeks or months of buying the car. That alone was very concerning and made me question the honesty of the sales process. Another issue was the CarPlay unit that Jackie said he would install for free. At first this sounded like a good deal, but what Jackie actually installed was the cheapest possible unit, which had constant problems from the beginning. For more than two weeks I struggled with the system, dealing with issues almost every day. I had to send multiple emails, text messages, and even record videos of the problems just to show GVI and Jackie what was happening. It took a lot of time and effort from my side. When I first reported the issue, this is exactly what Jackie from GVI wrote to me: “Stereo was a part of the deal which we get it done for free. It's a brand-new unit, however not top brand. (top brand has a faster system chip to process command quicker) From my previous experience, few seconds delay is normal when you switch between different mode, or switch to reverse camera. (Especially when the car has a cold engine when you turn it on in the morning) Unless it's faulty, we wouldn't change another one.” That response was extremely frustrating because the system clearly was not functioning properly. In the end, the problem was eventually fixed, but only after a lot of time, effort, and persistence on my side. My advice to anyone considering buying a car here: Always do a full inspection before purchasing. Do not rely solely on what you are told about the condition of the vehicle.

David was very personable during our initial meeting. He took the time to find out our wish list in purchase of a vehicle. Then he showed us the car we actually bought, as well as comparable cars. I don’t usually respond very well to salespeople, but because David was a good listener and asked us questions to find out our needs, I responded positively and trusted him to represent the vehicle. The vehicle has met most of our needs and so far has performed well ??.
