Overall experience was great, if you are looking for ideas on improvements then all id say is there was room to improve on communication response times and follow up, I.e after 2 days I never actually got confirmation that the new towbar was fitted (wasnt confirmed until delivery) ......only tiny things like that... otherwise 100 percent...delivered a long way.. ..great understanding of process (I sold cars 20 years ago for 5 years in Mt wellington so had some idea)...thanks and will definitely ask you for ideas when we are looking for our next car.
