We traded a vehicle with the purchase of another. We expected to have the trade deducted ftom the purchase price of the new vehicle, instead we had to wait 4 days for them to pay us for our trade. After numerous contact including texts & emails asking about the funds and being blocked and ignored, we finally recieved the funds 4 days later. This process made the whole deal disappointing. We would not recommend.

Had overall a good positive experience. Car was cleaned normal wash and vacuumed. No extra detailing, no polish apart from head lights that we requested. Had some mouldiness along window lines. But the rest as great!

Open communication. If I had any questions they’d answer these efficiently. When I did call prior and the person I was after wasn’t there, the agent on the phone took my questions and followed up with a prompt call to provide the answers. It’s not like buying a car off dealers - they treat you with the upmost respect and professionalism. Like family members you haven’t seen in ages and they make sure your happy before you leave

The service was oustanding as usual. I have used TGMG for my last 3 vehicles and I have been looked after really well. Maurice and his Team know how to look after their customers. Their new facility on Walmsley Rd is a tenfold improvement from their last spot on GSR next to the Otahuhu Police station. I will use them again in the future??
