Very helpful, friendly Staff and tidy car yard. We loved the fact they were not pushy and that they gave us time to look around in peace, but there to approach when we were ready. They answered all our questions and offered options. Good knowledge and nice that they realised we knew a lot already ( hubby’s a mechanic) and can be annoying when other car yards talk to us as if no idea, Croydon staff had excellent professional customer services… we had a lot of laughs so was an enjoyable time looking at the yard and the whole purchase . Even when I changed my mind to pay and not use finance, they were understanding . Cars on view were good for value ( we looked at quite a few places). We felt more comfortable at this Croydons than others places because the had good customers services. I am stoked with my car. The fact they have been in west Auckland a long time also shows it’s a trust worthy company ….plus we did buy a car in our younger years as well from Croydons in there previous larger premises and were happy back then too. I / we would recommend Croydons .

Our car purchase from Croydens was fantastic. They were patient and not pushy. Very helpful and happy to share their knowledge in the car we were thinking of buying and we did. They made the whole process easy and pretty much stress free. I would definitely recommend Croydens Cars to anyone thinking of upgrading their car, especially if your on your own or its a first time buy. I'll be back in 10 years time for another upgrade.

Graeme & Croydon's went above & beyond to accommodate getting us into the right car. They even offered us a courtesy car when our old Tiida broke down just before trade-in! We couldn't be happier with our new car, and we've actively recommended Croydon's to friends.

At the first day I arrived Auckland I went to the dealership store. The only thing I want to change maybe is the price of the car, otherwise everything is very cool. Not regret bought it.
