The service and staff are awesome however I have purchased previous cars from the dealership but the never ever give me a dollar on the vehicle for a discount. I asked to help with the second service at least and that to was denied. My wife needs another car i think I will try with other dealerships before I head to sterling. I have only ever purchased vehicles from sterling ever since I came to NZ.Surly they can give me a small discount. Further to this the USB port doesn't charge and the hydraulic lift for the boot doest lift the tailgate. Not sure if they will help with this.Got the vehicle as few weeks.

At first I was a bit skeptical of this dealership given the mixed reviews, but personally I found the whole experience of purchasing my new vehicle from Sterling Cars to be very smooth, quick, and straightforward. My experience with Malin was pleasant and super easy, he made sure to give me all the relevant information needed about the finance process. He was very patient with me throughout the purchase and not pushy like most car salesman. I am very happy with the car almost 3 weeks on, thank you to the team at Sterling. As a PhD student I was not having much luck with securing finance for a car that I very much needed. ??
