Ryan was laid back, helpful, cheerful and was enjoying his Saturday morning. Selling us a car was something enjoyable and he felt no need to try and sell us a car, he was there to help us if required. We tried a couple and he was good with our comments on the first drive, no offense because we didnt like it.

Was really impressed, Ryan i believe was honest and transparent .Went out of his way to arrange transport ,fueled the car, cleaned it and extended the rego. Would highly recommend you guys.
And the car is awesome!

I was told the vehicle had a fresh service.
My inspection revealed it had the oil changed, not the filter, air filter had not even been looked at going by the debris sitting on top of it..
Tell it like it is, don't b*******.
No service history, the manuals were missing.

We had a problem with the vehicle just before collection. They phoned us to say they had a problem and had the car in to be fixed.it was repaired and we got our new second hand vehicle

Ryan was excellent in helping me out with the purchase of my vehicle. In terms of cleanliness, the AC vents were quite dirty inside, but apart from that, the vehicle was immaculate and clean. Also - there was no key provided for the rolling deck, and unfortunately, no one in NZ was able to provide a replacement key. Nicholson's did reimburse the cost of a new key barrel, but it has to come from Denmark and it could take another few months to get here.
But overall, I am very happy with my purchase and love my new wheels.
