Best car dealership I have dealt with, and I have been to several recently because I have been looking for a car intensively for about 4-5 weeks. I didnt have to wait long for someone to help me, the guys were very friendly and helpful (all 3 who I interacted with) and also very patient showing me how to use all the car's features. The admin was done very quickly and efficiently by the ladies in the office. I would highly recommend.

Vehicle handover with some exterior damage not sorted. Mt Wellington manager promised to get it done next time but yet to hear back from him. But based on my past experiences with them, they usually will fulfill their promises.

Quick & easy. Only issue with the vehicle's presentation was some trim from the roof was just sitting loose on the back seat, but you guys fitted it properly and it's not worth taking a star off for that.

Customer service I received from Ashik and Christine, was excellent. Coincidently I just came from another dealership nearby where I was not too happy with customer service and where it felt I disturbed them when I went to look at a vehicle I saw online. When I left, I saw NZ Cheap cars Mt.Wellington and on the spur of the moment decided to have a look at their vehicles and prices. Almost as soon as I got out of my vehicle at NZ Cheap Mt.Wellington, I was approached by Ashik who was very friendly and helpfull. Within minutes he showed me the different available options that suits my needs. I took the vehicle for a test drive, came back and was offered coffee while waiting to be assisted by Christine with different payment options and mechanical warranties. Application itself was fast and easy, vehicle was prepared and ready for collection on agreed time. Had a great experience. Left good review on google maps as well.
