average - relatively streamlined process and generally responsive but certainly didn’t feel like staff were overly enthused to make the sale . Almost felt annoying when asking questions etc .

Overall it was relatively easy. Only issue was i had to keep asking for updates myself. About when the car was being picked up. If it was inbound. For the delivery companies number so I could check myself. Very slow one word answers most times like they were bored. At the end of the day. The signing of everything finance wise was simple. The car was in great clean condition and runs great.

Found it difficult to make contact to proceed with the purchase after receiving the initial quote. Website 0800 went to wrong person. Mobile number on card did not appear direct. Finally after following up we got things sorted and were happy after that.

I recently purchased a Toyota Prius from NZ Cheap Cars North Shore and couldn't be happier with the experience from start to finish.
Saurabh, my salesperson, was outstanding, genuinely professional and super helpful throughout the whole process. What really stood out was that he went above and beyond by providing extra fuel so I could drive all the way up to Hamilton without any stress. That kind of thoughtfulness makes a real difference and is hard to forget.
Carina in the finance team was equally impressive. She took the time to walk me through my options and actually suggested a better car insurance deal than what I had in mind saving me money and hassle. It's rare to have finance staff who are looking out for your best interests like that.
Overall, the team at NZ Cheap Cars North Shore made buying my Prius a genuinely enjoyable experience. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle in Auckland and Hamilton region. Will definitely be back for my next car!

I contacted the North Shore branch and put a deposit on the 2014 Toyota Aqua, then picked it up on the weekend. Unfortunately my cars had a spending limit on it so the dealer allowed me to deposit the remaining balance into their account; I appreciated this gesture. Thank you Im very happy with my car and will return again next time I need a car :)

I recently purchased my Mazda Demio from this dealership and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Viewed car Saturday test drove it purchased it . It was ready by Sunday afternoon .

My 1st experience has not been pleasant due to a delay of 3 days in the delivery of the car. Furthermore, the car developed several issues within a few days of delivery. The vehicle had to be taken back for repairs, although a courtesy car was provided.
I anticipated taking delivery of a fully checked vehicle to avoid such issues.
