Vehicle on the lot had the WOF out of date. They put it through on Monday first thing which was good. However when we picked the car up it wasn’t groomed. My wife spent 4-hours cleaning it on the following Saturday. She emailed the manager but still hasn’t received an email back which is frustrating. It feels like once the money has changed hands, nothing else really matters. Price point of the car was competitive.

I had a great experience purchasing a Subaru Forester from Jesse. To be honest, I'd walked in looking to buy a particular Toyota, and drove out in a Subaru. After a costly month of failed pre-purchase inspections on cars that I'd viewed prior through other car dealers, I was happy to encounter a dealer who will give me the unvarnished truth about a vehicle, work with me toward a solution, and not robotically recite company policy. During the sales process, there was a minor issue that had arose with the vehicle, and Jesse handled it immediately, which displayed a level of transparency and professionalism that's crucial when buying a used car. The team were laid-back and helpful, the premises was well arrayed, I was offered refreshments while I wait, my expectations were managed and met, the vehicle price was fair and reasonable, the vehicle had full service history, they were happy to facilitate the pre-purchase inspection, they over-delivered on their promises, and there was ample parking space available. Definitely get in touch with 0800BD-CHCH if you want to deal with locals who will shoot straight and offer you a fair deal.

With lower back injuries its hard to find a car one can easily get in and out of and at a affordable price. The customer service was excellent over the week I frequented the yard. Even after buying the team was extremely accommodating for any services that needed doing. I am highly happy with my car and have even been back to help a friend look

We didn't need finance as our other car was written off by our insurance company and they paid us out so we had the full amount of money to buy the car straight out, the guys that look after us were excellent and we would go there again if we ever needed a car.

Excellent experience! Asked what sort of driving I did and recommended a vehicle from there, also directed conversation to me rather thsn my dad who was with me.
Didn't have a car to trade in and didn't need finance. Have a couple of small things to go back and get sorted.
