The manager and staff are very accomodating. They gave lots of options, informations and suggestion about the offers/purchase. All in all they were great, no regrets of having transaction.

I found the car I wanted online and wanted to travel down to Auckland from the Far North the next day. Called Jun who arranged it all for me over the phone/ online and I was able to drive down and take car straight away. Car was in excellent condition. Car spoke in Japanese, Jun set up my bluetooth settings and other preferences for me which was really helpful.

Jun at Wairau road dealership was great.
After my initial experience with a previous vehicle, he showed genuine concern for me as a customer and helped me into a better vehicle quickly.
Pretty much from test drive to documentation, all was done in just a few hours.

I had the best experience and so happy with the car. From the test drive - I came with pretty much knowing what car I wanted - to organizing the finance on a Sunday afternoon so I could drive home that day. Excellent service all round.

They were very accommodating because I had to wait five days after signing to get the money from the bank, and then another five days to come and get the car because of work commitments.

Bought a car off them, got abit of $$$ off the price cause there was a tear in the driver's seat seat belt, had been given a new warrant ..... how????
Have had the vehicle about a month now and it needs a new transmission, had a flashing 'D' light on the way home from auckland, disappointed!!!!
