Unfortunately, my buying experience was not pleasant. The vehicle developed issues right after purchase, leading me to believe it was superficially prepared just to secure a sale. Prioritizing quick turnovers over vehicle quality is not in the best interest of the customer.

One of the car we test drive have a very foul smell of cigarette. We're non-smokers so it's a big deal to us. The staff said it will go off immediately after cleaning but I don't think so.

Good customer service and friendly, just disappointed for no petrol in the car when I drive off.

I am aware that I bought a second-hand vehicle. I believe it passed the WOF but unfortunately, after 6 days of purchase. The brake caliper got loose because one bolt was missing. This will not happen just because of normal usage. The mechanic said the issue must have existed before we bought it. Although the trader said they will reimburse me for all the expenses, the inconvenience has caused us stress and headaches.

Great team and car selection. Friendly enough service. Helpful with step by step process of buying the car, insurance ect.
Would have appreciated the car to come with gas considering the price you pay for a car off the lot. But apart from that, very pleased with the service and transaction of the vehicle.

Took less than an hour to drive away in my beautiful car, wof and registration! with 3 year mechanical insurance. And weekly insurance with road side rescue. They organised the lot??
