I asked if there were any issues with the car and they said no. Two weeks later I have to spend $3000 to get the car fixed for an issue they should have told me about.

Did the insurance same day so good to go on same day.

While the initial viewing, test drive and car overview were accomdating, informative and very pleasant, upon recieving the car, both the interior and exterior weren't cleaned/ detailed as promised. There was still dust both inside and outside as well as marks that required cleaning separately.

Robbie was very pleasant to deal with. As elderly clients we could have been offered some coaching on how things worked e.g. windows, dash computer. Two keys given, one required a new battery. A lot of dirt in the boot channels. Car had accessory cables from previous owner. They were there when we placed the deposit but removed when we collected the car.
