I’m a car dealer’s nightmare because I’m distrusting and suspicious, as well as being overly cautious and annoyingly pedantic. From the minute I walked onto the car lot I gave Denis a hard time and grilled him about every possible detail re. the Toyota Aqua I was interested in buying. The poor guy handled it with grace and patience though, and he went way above the call of duty to set my mind at ease and prove to me in many different ways that he was a trustworthy car salesman and the car I was purchasing was genuinely a top quality car. I got a pre-purchase inspection and a CarJam report - I even got the Japanese auction sheet to confirm the car was definitely as good as it seemed and that I really, truly was getting an incredible car for a really competitive price. I couldn’t believe how much cheaper it was compared to other dealers. That’s why I thought there must be a catch. But there wasn’t. I’m so thrilled with my purchase and for the top quality customer service I received from Denis. He’s a very honest, helpful and trustworthy dealer who went out of his way to help me out several times. Serena in the office is really good at her job too, and I definitely recommend them both to anyone thinking of buying a car off them.

Excellent experience really. I saw a lot of cars at a lot of dealers and this was the only one I went to twice and obviously bought from them as well. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Denis even got a guy to have a look at my stereo and change it to English. Didn't feel pressured. He recommended a pre-purchase inspection which was very good and better than the AA ones (for my main question which was for a hybrid battery). Very professional and nice with Serena in the office too. They seem like a really good team. Very happy and my car is really good and at a good price.

Very friendly. Some deals were not really deals but I expect that from car dealers. Did help when the doors were not working. Had to get three actuators replaced. Would have been nice to have this sorted before I brought the car.

Dennis has a great vibe about him,not like your normal type of car salesman! Very welcoming and let's you know of any faults etc. He had my bonnet repainted hassle free and ready super quick! Great all round experience. Thanks Dennis!!

Excellent Service from Denis and the Serena processing the deal.
I would however like to mention that Serena was on a call with someone from a different branch, Serena indicated that she has a customer. The lady on the phone then said I don't care about the customer. Not a great look.
Either way we have a great relationship with Denis if it wasn't for that I would have taken my business elsewhere.
