The sales rep didn't put much effort into this transaction, as I found the car I wanted on my own and with the help with Ms Nicole Bi, which was very helpful and provide all the necessary information I was able to close this transaction very quickly.

All of the team were very good and honest about my vehicle purchase been an Australian write off, and repaired in New Zealand. They even helped me with my finance and insurance decisions and made it so easy for me. I got to drive the car away the same day ??

Great people to deal with. Walked in with a vehicle already in mind, no issues taking it out for a test drive. When purchasing the vehicle, they asked if I would like to opt for their insurance. I said ‘no’ and it was great they just accepted that and didn’t try to pressure you into taking it.

Bought a vehicle not knowing that a headlight was out, second key didn’t unlock the vehicle and only 1 heated seat worked, went back to get repaired and only the headlight was fixed. Other than that the service was pretty good and speedy

Customer service was good. Let down by vehicle being in much worse condition than advertised. Obvious faults (not cosmetic) that were not mentioned, and would have been impossible to miss when photographing the vehicle.
