I selected “No” to the offer of finance and insurance because, although I initially proceeded with both, I felt the overall process was very rushed. The available options were not clearly explained to me, and it felt as though it was assumed that I wanted to proceed with everything that was offered.
When I was given the contracts to sign, I was trying to take the time to read through them carefully before making a commitment. However, I felt pressured to move through the process quickly and did not feel I had sufficient time to properly understand what I was signing.
Once all the additional products and add-ons were included, the total repayments were significantly higher than I had expected. This was a contributing factor in my decision to cancel the finance and arrange to pay for the vehicle through another means.
I have had vehicle finance in the past, and my previous experiences were very different. The finance options, associated costs and repayment amounts were clearly explained, allowing me to make an informed decision about what suited my circumstances.
Unfortunately, I did not feel this same level of clarity or choice was provided during this process. I believe customers should be given adequate time to understand the finance and insurance options available, without feeling rushed or pressured into making decisions.

Financing was quick and the team did an amazing job with helping me get the vehicle. The Sales consultants were informative and helpful arrival with the vehicle as well as showing us around, overall the atmosphere was comfortable

It was good service very efficient, staff were helpful, the process was very easy
Only down side is you purchase a car and it has no gas in it barely enough to make it to the gas station, I think a quarter of a tank would have been nice at least ??
