The car wasn’t clean; there were shoe scuffs on the door sills and on the mats. Furthermore, they made us wait for a good 14 days, and it turns out they ordered the wrong part. I think this is very silly considering they are a big, high-volume dealership, so they should’ve been very precise with their work. There was also a rust patch on the door; they painted it, but it’s not a smooth job at all. It’s more of a shoddy touch-up that could come out within a few years or in the rain. Otherwise, they have given it to me in writing that they will provide a replacement for the part later. Even so, I still gave them a 5-star review on Google because I think the staff was very friendly and responsive—special mention to Baron and philly! What a legend! I'm happy with my car, and I recommend 2cheapcars to mostly everyone! Thank you for asking for my review, Cheers!

The overall experience was average. There were some good aspects, but also areas that could be improved. The service was not particularly bad, but it didn’t stand out either. With better communication and attention to customer needs, the experience could be much better.

Best service iv ever had in purchasing a vehicle they were easy going very friendly and when I told them I knew nothing about cars they broke it down for me to where I could understand which I appreciated cause alot of places wont when it comes to females and cars I will definitely return in the future

I bought a van from this dealership back in April, although the dealership was initially difficult to contact, the process was very straightforward once I arrived. The sales team were very helpful and the van was in a lovely condition.
