- 2/3 years post qual, commercial experience, audit background an advantage

Exciting and growing NZ company is looking for a Financial Accountant who will support the finance team, senior financial accountant and business by completing month-end accounting and reconciliation tasks, financial analysis and reporting. We are looking for a CA qualified accountant who has gained experience in a commercial organisation. An audit background would be an advantage.
Responsibilities include:
- Month-end tasks, including journals, inventory, projects, fixed assets.
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparation of the monthly GST return and quarterly FBT return.
- Month end reporting.
- Meaningful financial analysis to support business decision-making.
- Monthly analysis and reporting of actual vs budget and forecast when required.
- Review the payroll weekly and monthly pay runs.
- Daily, weekly and monthly cash flow reports.
