Our business partner are looking to expand their accounting team with an intermediate level accountant.
This company has grown exponentially in the last decade and there are no plans to stop! What You'll Be Doing
- Lead monthly financial reporting, reconciliations, and cashflow forecasting
- Support budgeting and deliver clear variance analysis
- Manage cashflow and ensure IRD/statutory compliance
- Maintain strong internal controls
- Improve processes, reporting efficiency, and system automation
- Partner with teams across the business to ensure accurate, timely financial information
- Support group accounting and assist with oversight of international finance team members
What You'll Bring
- Accounting qualification (CA ANZ qualified or working towards preferred)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Experience with Xero and Lentune (or similar systems)
- Knowledge of IRD requirements
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple entities and deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Confidence using technology and improving systems
Property or short-term rental experience is advantageous, but not essential.
