Our sister company is a well-established, family-owned and operated business based in Christchurch. Known for quality workmanship and a dedicated team culture and bring generations of knowledge and experience within their industry. They have also grown to become a respected name within the construction sector in both North and South Island.
We are seeking a meticulous Payroll Assistant to join their busy team on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and managing invoices
- Using Sapphire Payroll Software
- Working with Frameworks software
- Liaising with staff, management, and customers professionally
- General payroll and administrative support
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous payroll and invoicing experience preferred.
- Experience with Sapphire and Frameworks software highly regarded.
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Accountable, organised, and dependable
