We are currently seeking a skilled Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Administrator to join a finance team on a temporary full-time basis, starting as soon as possible. This is an initial one-month assignment.

This role sits within an established finance team and requires someone confident with end-to-end AP and AR processing. Invoices are received daily, and volumes can fluctuate, so the ability to work efficiently and accurately is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing
• High-volume data entry of invoices into the finance system
• Ensuring accuracy and timely processing in a fast-paced environment
• Supporting the wider finance team as required

About You:

• Proven experience in AP/AR or finance administration
• Strong attention to detail and ability to process work quickly
• Comfortable working with changing volumes of invoices

Role Details:

• Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Some flexibility available
• Immediate start required
