We’re on the lookout for an experienced and organised Administrator to join a well-established company based in Napier. This is a permanent role, perfect for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and being the go-to person in the office.
About the role:
You’ll play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly, supporting both the internal team and clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing payroll
- Managing and maintaining systems
- Preparing and organising quotes
- Liaising with clients and customers
- General office organisation and administration
- Supporting day-to-day business operations

Hours:Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 3.00pm
Pay rate:$29 – $33 per hour, depending on experience
What we’re looking for:
- Previous administration experience (ideally in civil, construction, or trades-based environments)
- Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Experience with WorkFlow Max, Xero, and MYOB is highly desirable
- NZ citizenship or permanent residency
