A bit about your role

As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of a high volume of supplier invoices, employee expense claims, and company credit card reconciliations. With hundreds of invoices flowing through each month, your ability to stay organised and maintain attention to detail will be essential.

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Lead, you’ll work closely with the wider finance team, department administrators, and external suppliers. You’ll be responsible for managing payment cycles, maintaining vendor data, and supporting compliance across the business—all while helping to drive automation and process improvements.

A bit about you

You are a detail-oriented finance professional with a strong customer service mindset and a proven ability to manage competing priorities. You’ve spent a few years working in busy office environments and are confident handling invoice processing, payment runs, and vendor management. You bring energy, initiative, and a collaborative spirit to everything you do.

You’re comfortable using financial systems and enjoy finding ways to improve processes. Your communication skills and ability to build strong relationships across departments will be key to your success.
