Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis, assisting from January to April. This role plays a key part in managing the accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely payments, and maintaining up-to-date records in Xero and the fleet maintenance system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and match invoices to purchase orders and supplier details in Xero.
- Assist with invoice processing via HubDoc and ensure accurate creditor information.
- Resolve discrepancies between vouchers and invoices, and communicate with suppliers as needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate payments to creditors while keeping financial records current.
Key Skills & Qualities:
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using Xero and other financial systems.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A team player with a proactive and diplomatic approach.
Ideal Candidate:
- Full Class 1 Driver’s License and own reliable car
- Physically fit, able to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
- Tech-savvy, particularly with financial systems like Xero.
- Dependable, organised, and enjoys problem-solving.
