We are passionate foodies, bringing our innovative products to the world. Tasman Bay Food Co Ltd is the home of iconic Juicies and Moosies, Dr Feelgood pops, Speedway Sauce and much more.
Our small and busy admin team needs an extra hand with a few bits and pieces. 12 hours per week – the work can be structured over 3 or 4 days and would be ideal for somebody wanting work within school hours.
We are looking for somebody to handle accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, data entry and overflow work from our sales administrators. Additionally, they will train to provide leave cover for our sales administrators. Flexibility to cope with additional hours at those times would be appreciated.
We are looking for applicants who:
- Have accounts receivable experience
- Embrace technology – our systems are paperless.
- Work well with others and enjoy being part of a team
- Enjoy looking for better ways of doing things
- Can problem solve and think on their feet
It would be nice if applicants:
- Have experience using Netsuite
- Actively use social media
