The Role: As Financial Controller, you will oversee all financial operations, reporting, and compliance. You’ll be a key strategic partner to management, providing insight, analysis, and recommendations to support business decisions. This role combines technical accounting expertise with leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Oversee cash flow, working capital, and key financial metrics
- Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring strong internal controls
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Partner with senior management on strategic planning and business growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional accounting qualification preferred (CPA, CA, ACCA)
- 5–10 years of progressive finance experience, including management accounting and financial control
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience with ERP/finance systems (Xero, NetSuite, SAP, etc.) What We Offer:
