Senior Finance Partner/Finance Manager

• CA qualified essential, CBD location, reporting into a HO Finance
• Strong senior partnering skills, partnering with GM's across the business.
• Technical accounting, commercial support, inventory, team management experience

Our large infrastructure client is looking for a Finance Manager or senior Finance Partner to join their finance team. The Finance Manager / Senior Finance Partner will be responsible for managing a team of 4, financial reporting, end to end P+L delivery, balance sheet reconciliation, business planning, forecasting, and analysis. You will also partner with GM's and managers across the business so strong finance partnering skills essential.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparation of monthly P&L and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Partnering with senior stakeholders
• Supporting preparation of budgeting and rolling forecasts.
• Provide accounting support to ensure compliance with company accounting policies.
• Managing relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
• Assisting with Audit preparation.
• Reconciliation of inventory/stock.
• Internal reporting and financial commentary

You must be CA qualified with strong business partnering skills and financial reporting experience. Staff management, inventory experience, distribution industry, strong excel and Power BI would be very desirable. Dynamic, fast paced and complex business.
