This opportunity will see you manage a variety of work in a business that will set you up to move into more senior roles in the future. We're looking for a Finance Manager to work for a tight-knit, collaborative team to cover a 12 month Maternity leave.

Key Responsibilities: As the Finance Manager, you'll take on a broad range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Drive financial planning by preparing forecasts and budgets aligned with our growth strategy.
- Analyze market trends and KPI's to provide insights that support business decisions.
- Provide clear, concise financial reports to the board, contributing to high-level strategy discussions.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure operational efficiency.
- Oversee a small finance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and leadership.
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and liaise with external parties as needed.
- Lead the preparation and coordination of audits.
- Oversee key operational areas, including HR functions, health and safety, and IT.
To succeed in this position, you will need:
- CA qualification or similar, or you may be qualified by experience.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
- Advanced Excel knowledge, with a knack for turning data into actionable insights.
- A good sense of humour!
- The ability to work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and across other areas of the business.
