Role Summary
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an established Corporate Services Manager who wants their work to genuinely matter. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will lead the core business functions that underpin strong operational delivery, organisational sustainability, and a high-performance culture.
This role suits a values-led, commercially astute leader who enjoys breadth, influence, and working across strategy and operations.
About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Executive, the Corporate Services Manager provides strategic and operational leadership across finance, people and culture, ICT, facilities, quality and corporate services.
You will work closely with senior leaders to strengthen business performance, governance and systems, while supporting managers to deliver on their business plans. The role offers meaningful influence, complexity, and the opportunity to shape how the organisation operates now and into the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead corporate services functions including finance, HR, ICT, facilities, quality and governance
- Partner with the Chief Executive and Senior Leadership Team on strategy, planning, reporting and key initiatives
- Provide financial leadership including budgeting, forecasting, service delivery budgets and payroll compliance
- Lead workforce strategy and people governance, supporting performance, capability and change
- Oversee ICT, asset and facilities strategies to ensure systems and infrastructure support delivery
- Manage external service providers and ensure service levels, compliance and performance expectations are met
- Drive continuous improvement across systems, policies and processes, maintaining strong audit outcomes
About You
- Chartered Accountant with a relevant tertiary qualification
- Minimum 5 years' senior corporate or business leadership experience in a complex environment
- Proven success delivering ICT strategy and major business initiatives
- Strong people leadership capability and sound knowledge of NZ regulatory frameworks
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and excellent communication ability
- Legal right to work in New Zealand and ability to complete Police vetting
