About the role: As a Claims Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth handling of transport and logistics claims across the business. You'll be responsible for managing claims relating to damage and loss, ensuring each case is investigated thoroughly and resolved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage freight claims efficiently and accurately
• Investigate claim details, damages, shortages, and delivery discrepancies
• Liaise with customers, carriers, warehouses, and insurers
• Maintain accurate records and claim documentation
• Follow up outstanding claims and ensure deadlines are met
• Prepare reports and provide updates to management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and transport regulations

What you Bring:

• Previous administration or claims experience preferred
• Experience in freight, logistics, or transport industries is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
• Confident using Microsoft Office and database systems
