We have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll & Administration Officer to join our high performing Payroll team.
In joining our team, you will play a key role in delivering Payroll services to our group.

Your responsibilities in this role will include:
- Complete end to end Payroll processing
- Meeting payroll deadlines
- Accurate setup of new employees
- Responding to queries from Employees, Managers, and other stakeholders
- Accurate completion of reporting as required
- Being proactive and thinking outside the box
- Actively contribute to our team culture and performance

This is a Permanent Full-time position working 40 hours across 5 days from Monday to Friday.

Do you have what we are looking for?
- 2-5 years’ experience within a large complex NZ business
- 2-5 years’ experience in NZ Payroll role
- Experience in high volume transactions
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent time management
- Experience and a good understanding of NZ Legislation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good command of the English language
- System savvy - Intermediate Excel necessary
- A strong customer service focus
- Positive and can-do attitude
- Ability to work well independently or as part of a team
