We have a proven track record of developing people through our system, providing clear pathways from junior roles through to management and ownership.

The farm is located halfway between Culverden and Hanmer Springs in North Canterbury. Culverden offers local amenities and schooling, with a school bus stop at the end of the driveway. While Hanmer Springs provides excellent lifestyle, recreation, and dining options.

· Fully automated irrigation

· Fully automated 60 bale rotary with Allflex collars

What we are looking for

· Minimum 3+ year’s dairy farming experience

· Interest in high-producing, grass-based systems and learning how to refine them

· Motivation to build a long-term career and grow within a business
