Pouarua Farms is looking to complete our team with the opportunity for a Tractor Driver, you will be surrounded by an experienced team and a strong knit environment to help you as you grow your career with us. All we require is a good work ethic, a great attitude, and willingness to learn from those around you. As a Tractor Driver your jobs will be Spreading, Mowing, Basic Ground Work, Spraying, Feeding out etc. You will help keep the farms running with no 2 days being the same. Minimum work week of 32.5hrs which will increase in peak parts of the season.

At Pouarua we pride ourselves on moving staff through the ranks through training and up skilling, using accredited agriculture trainers.
