Drystock Manager

Hurakia Trust requires a farm manager with the skill set, drive, and proven ability to succeed at a top level. The successful applicant will ideally have a minimum of 5 years proven experience in farm leadership roles. The manager will:

• Lead the team effectively in a hands-on manner, implement strong organisational skills
• understand and implement appropriate H/R policies and procedures
• include change processes in accordance with the Trusts' strategic direction.
• Understand, implement, and monitor business plans, environmental measures and compliance standards.

Team: Manager plus two full time employees and casuals as required
