Forestry Worker

Experience in any type of farming and tree management is needed with at least 1 year experience required, although training will be provided. The position is based is Whanganui however work is carried out in the wider regions of manawatu/taranaki and other areas of the lower north island so the ability to work away with overnight stay out is required. Work includes

• Pruning
• Spraying
• Scrub cutting And more. Drug and alcohol testing is mandatory for all candidates.

Pay Rate: $25-$30 per hour

Working conditions: Mostly outdoor work, possibly steep hillsides and working from heights. Also able to work through adverse weather conditions.
