Shuttle Truck / Mafi Drivers

Our Taranaki branch is on the hunt for experienced motivated shuttle truck drivers to increase our pool of truck drivers for casual work at the port. Drivers will need flexibility to work a range of night and day shifts as the port is a 24/7 operation.

The positions will involve driving Mafi trucks/shuttle trucks carting logs on a short haul around the port. Experience operating pivot steer and high stacker log loading machinery could also be beneficial.

Essential requirements for the position are:

? Proven truck driving experience preferably with log cartage and/or within a port environment

? Flexibility and reliability

? Good communication skills

? Time management skills and ability to work unsupervised 

? Ability to meet deadlines

? Willingness to follow standard operating procedures

? Commitment to all health and safety procedures

? Minimum Full Class 1licence
